We had a very comfortable time at this excellent little hotel. The staff were nice and courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed the minibar, satellite TV, and climate control in the room. The location was great, with the hotel being set in a quiet area near the main pedestrian zone and at a short distance from an urban park.

The hotel is situated in the city center, has its own (closed) parking place (free for hotel guests). Nice restaurant (although in another building).

Fairly clean hotel, services were amazing and location was good close to everything you might need. The room was neat and newly furnished like I expected. The big size bathroom was the best. Location: the property was near main pedestrian zone and Dunavski park and the lovely town square. Found Fish & Zelenish 5 minutes walk from the hotel, dined there...

Nothing, it is perfect.

Situated absolutely in the middle of the centre, but separated by a small corridor of just 100 meters. (where you can park your car for free behind a door that is automatically opened. Breakfast also 100 meter from the hotel in a very nice bar/restaurant, where we were served the best breakfast you can imagine. The hotel itself is ran by young people who gave the building a modern look. Room was clean; modern and complete including save and minibar, good shower. I can imagine that the rooms not facing the street are quiter than rooms 1;2;3 but we slept wel although I would very easily wake up by noise. There are probably hundres of places to sit and have a drink and eat something amazing! Very good place to visit the nature park close by, but buy a decent map and write down the places to visit, roadsigns for us oftern are unreadable!

Print your route to the hotel at home please, your navigation although promissing support in 42 countries is totally useless when not originating from Serbia or direct serounding. Our (navignon) only new the city and 1 steet.... Asking very helpfull people in English helped perfectly the 2nd time and we reached the hotel 5 minutes later

Excelent location, in the very center of the city, 50m from the pedestrian street, whit all shops, restaurants and bars. Gourmet a la carte breakfast, one of the best I had in a hotel. We traveled by car and they provided us free parking in a secure area, inside the hotel. Also, free broadband wifi interntet! The staff in so nice, no issues, just sollutions! Like, Like!

Love the convenient location in the center, just a short walk to the central square. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The helpful and kind staff really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was enjoyable and provided a nice start to the day. Having free garage parking was a great bonus. a perfect choice for a city break, offering a central location and a comfortable stay.

We had modern and newly furnished room with smoke detectors. The location of the hotel was great - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a mighty citadel.

My time in Novi Sad was really nice. The hotel area was fairly clean and the room was neat. The staff was amazingly nice and pleasant the entire time. Its location just a short walk away from The Pub was favourable and absolutely perfect.

We liked that it was conveniently located in the centre of town, right next to the town square, shops and restaurants. It was tucked away on a quiet street so it was nice and quiet. Walking distance1 to the festival was reasonable but taxi is only EUR1 so can't complain.

We wish it had a pool ro restaurant.

Best and only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast...which by the way is at a restaurant 50m away.

Room very spartan, bed terrible, a/c leaked and dripped all night, towels hard as a wooden board. Over priced.
